• A 30% Advance Payment it is required for booking.
• Our prices include the Tax (24%). This tax will be added to the final price.
• Payments will be made in cash.
• Please make sure you bring the confirmation e-mail when you arrive.
• A valid PASSPORT or ID is required at check in.
• Your stay at Aktes villas will be subject to villas rules to preserve and maintain a smooth atmosphere. To preserve and maintain a smooth atmosphere, we don’t accept guests under 18 unless accompanied by an adult.
• Silence Night time: 23:00 to 8:00. In the hours of silence it’s forbidden to circular with cars, motorcycles and motor homes and any kind of noise is prohibited that may in any way disturb the quiet and the rest of the guests.
• ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN.To damage plants and flowers, dig holes in the street and on the emplacements, to light fires, hanging ropes to trees and structures, tampering with equipment in common use, wash dishes and clothes out of the special sinks, wash your car in the area.
• POOL USAGE AND DIRECTIONS: IMPORTAND: THE POOL IS NOT ATTENDED BY A LIFEGUARD.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Weekly cleaning Sunday and wednesday.
• Reservation requests are acceptable for 7 days minimum, selecting Sunday as Arrival and Departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation between 60 days and 45 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
Cancellation between 45 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 50% of the total price of the stay.
Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

• Arrival & Departure day must be Sunday
• Visitors can make a reservation, without creating an account.
• Reservation is valid after prepayment is sent to villas Aktes.
• You can cancel your prepayment after 12 hours.
• You will receive detailed confirmation email after your booking request.
• In case of cancellation written notice must be given to us before the date of the arrival.
• It’s your own responsibility to inform us if you are not arriving at the given arrival time and date.
• No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
